This is a static website. There is no user registration and no comment section, and we do not actively collect names, phone numbers, or other personal information. If you email us via Contact, the content of your email is provided voluntarily and is used only to reply and to make corrections. It is not sold or shared with third parties.
Like most websites, our server may record access logs (such as IP address, access time, and browser information) when serving pages, solely to keep the site running and secure. Logs are not used to identify individuals.
At present, the main pages of this site do not use any advertising or analytics service and do not set advertising cookies. The webmail section (/webmail/) is provided by a separate mail system and uses its own login session mechanism.
If an advertising service such as Google AdSense is added in the future, the ad provider may use cookies to serve and measure ads. This policy will be updated at that time, including how to manage ad personalisation settings.
